Java Engineer Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to engineering teams.
• Drive architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Contribute to Agile development processes and delivery planning.

Required Experience

• 9+ years of experience in software development using Java technologies.
• Strong experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern application architecture and backend development.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
