Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Core Languages & Design: Expert in Java8/11/17+, OOP, design patterns (SAGA, MVC, CQRS).
• Frameworks: SpringBoot, SpringCloud, SpringMVC, Hibernate, RESTful API development.
• Front End: Angular (or React/Vue), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, GraphDB).
• Tools & DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab), Postman.
• Cloud & Messaging: Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, and messaging systems (Kafka, NATS, MQ).
• AI Enablement: Experience with AI driven code generation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; excellent communication; collaborative mindset; ability to work independently and mentor others; continuous learning orientation.
