Java Full Stack Architect (8-16 years)

Role & responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and own application architecture, technical roadmap, and solution strategy.
• Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based architectures.
• Develop architecture diagrams, design specifications, and technical standards.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Development & Coding

• Provide hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, and related technologies.
• Lead coding best practices, design patterns, code reviews, and application optimization.
• Design and develop REST APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive performance improvements.

Full Stack Engineering

• Architect and guide frontend development using Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, and Microservices.
• Ensure seamless integration between UI, business services, and databases.
