Job Description

Java Full Stack Angular Architect profiles with strong architecture experience and mid-level coding skills in Java and Angular.

Good SQL skills along with Azure Cloud experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Front Office Applications Architect and Technical Lead for Bullhorn, Dynamics 365, and Roma.
2. Translate high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers, in collaboration with functional consultants and business users.
3. Assess operational impact, including regional versus local analysis, and work with in-country local teams to ensure affected areas are embedded in the operational readiness plan.
4. Envision and design end-to-end system solutions while maintaining attention to technical details.
5. Understand various tools and technologies available in the market and their appropriate usage.
6. Analyse and identify how process design changes may impact people, processes, organisation, and technology.
7. Support Product Leaders in discussing dependencies and backlog topics and assist in defining finer details of the product.
8. Create and extend existing technical documentation covering infrastructure, security, hardware, and software requirements.
9. Take a cross-technology perspective and integrate various technical teams for Dynamics 365, Bullhorn, and Roma.
10. Handle problem solving, environment management, release management, low-level design, security management, and complex defect resolution.
11. Manage teams and perform high-level and low-level design, technical design reviews, code reviews, third-party integrations, MPG application integrations, and requirement analysis.
12. Own communication with end users, Microsoft, and Bullhorn, including SaaS release impact analysis.
13. Own the transition from implementation and rollout project teams.
14. Demonstrate excellent technical, documentation, and analytical skills.
15. Review business requirement documents and translate them into technical specifications.
16. Evaluate and analyse existing technical system interactions and identify areas for improvement.
17. Analyse and identify how process design changes may impact downstream system interactions.
18. Lead system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions and provide guidance to functional and technical teams.
19. Perform POCs and create solutions for complex problems and designs.
20. Create reusable architecture and design components as per ADE standards and specifications.

Operate & Enhance ATS Developer L3 (Bullhorn)

1. Perform code changes, customisations, extensions, non-marketplace integrations, reports, and other development activities for minor enhancements and L3 ticket resolution.
2. Perform development, solution management, and unit testing using .NET, Java, JavaScript, and Spring. Responsible for day-to-day communication with end users regarding code changes owned by MPG.
3. Maintain platform performance and stability, monthly releases, impact analysis, regression testing, debugging, security updates, deployments, data fixes, and patching.
4. Plan, design, develop, code, and test software systems or applications for product enhancements.
5. Participate in project timeline planning, implementation of design specifications, system flow diagrams, and application documentation.
6. Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, easy to use, and performs optimally.
7. Coordinate with vendors for product issues, workarounds, updates, and releases.
8. Work with testing teams and perform quality checks and code reviews.
9. Troubleshoot problems and work with peer teams to resolve issues.
10. Provide estimates and feasibility assessments for features.
11. Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
