Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and AWS Cloud services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle.

The role requires strong backend development capabilities, modern frontend experience, cloud implementation knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and React.js.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices-based applications.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS Cloud services.
• Participate in solution design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain established coding standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka or Amazon MSK.
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture.
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain.
• AWS Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.

Primary Screening Criteria

Candidates should demonstrate:

1. Strong recent experience in Java and Spring Boot .
2. Hands-on experience developing Microservices and REST APIs .
3. Strong frontend development experience with React.js .
4. Practical experience deploying or managing applications on AWS .
5. Full-stack ownership covering backend, frontend, database, cloud, and production support.
6. Ability to work effectively in an enterprise Agile environment.
