Java Full Stack Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable Java-based microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop high-quality code by following best practices such as coding standards, testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of AWS/Microsoft Azure cloud platforms for deployment and management of applications.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL or NoSQL databases like Kafka.
• Proficiency in React.js or AngularJS front-end development frameworks.
• Worked on Ai moderate project.

AI-Enabled Engineering Mindset (Mandatory) Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar platforms Ability to validate and optimize AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, performance, and security Exposure to integrating AI/LLM capabilities via APIs or SDKs into applications or internal workflows Ability to identify automation opportunities using AI across development, testing, monitoring, or operational processes Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI usage
