Java Full Stack Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and front-end frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs / microservices using Java, Spring / Spring Boot.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular / React / Vue (as per project stack).
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Write clean, modular, testable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases (RDBMS/NoSQL) and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
• Contribute to technical documentation (design documents, API specs, deployment guides).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Backend:

• Strong experience with Java (8 or above)

• Hands-on with Spring / Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security

• Experience in building RESTful APIs / microservices

• Frontend:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework: Angular / React / Vue

• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

• Database:

• Experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

• Good understanding of SQL, query optimization, and data modeling

• Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus

• Tools & Processes:

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Working experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Other:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good understanding of design patterns, OOP, and software engineering principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualification

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
