Java Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• 9-15+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable, high-performance applications using Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), with strong knowledge of JVM internals, memory management, GC, collections, and design patterns.
• Proven expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming, including thread pools, synchronization, concurrent collections, Completable Future, and reactive programming frameworks.
• Extensive experience building and deploying Microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, gRPC, and cloud-native design principles.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, including fault tolerance, resiliency, consistency models, distributed transactions, replication, partitioning, high availability, and scalability patterns.
• Hands-on experience developing real-time, event-driven systems capable of handling high throughput, low latency, and mission-critical workloads.
• Deep expertise in Messaging and Streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, or ActiveMQ, including event-driven architecture, stream processing, and producer-consumer patterns.
• Strong experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, Ignite, or Memcached, including cache design, optimization, and consistency strategies.
• Experience with Observability and Production Engineering, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance troubleshooting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk, Open Telemetry, Jaeger, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Experience deploying Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and technical leadership skills, with experience driving architecture decisions, conducting design reviews, and mentoring engineering teams.
