What they need
- Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Developer on any Java platform (Java Enterprise Edition)
- Hands-on with at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code that follows established coding standards
- Review code and give constructive feedback that raises team quality
- Turn business requirements into detailed technical specs and application designs
- Troubleshoot issues, run root cause analysis, and implement enhancements
- Validate that solutions align with approved architecture and business needs
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and best-practice sharing
- Keep levelling up through training and professional development
- Work with the team to identify and implement development best practices
- Be the technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, giving project updates and status reports
