Location: Gurgaon
Position: Senior Lead Engineer
Experience: 9–11 Years
Employment: Permanent / Full-Time
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 20 Days Preferred

Key Skills Required

• Strong Java Development experience
• Excellent hands-on experience in ReactJS
• Strong Core Java – Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Streams
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Microservices
• Strong experience with Kafka
• Good understanding of RESTful Services & API Design
• Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD – Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle
• Experience with JUnit & Mockito
• Good understanding of Design Patterns & OOP principles
• AWS knowledge – EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda – will be an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
• Design and develop Java applications using Spring Boot & Microservices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Optimize database schemas and queries.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee unit and integration testing.
• Handle performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
