What they need
2 to 6 years of professional experience in Software Development / Full Stack Engineering.
Demonstrated experience handling multi-tenant platforms serving heavy concurrent user loads (e.g., 30,000+ DAU).
Should have 2-6 years of experience in IT Collections, or equivalent complex IT environments such as Core Banking, Digital Lending pipelines, Payment Gateways, or Enterprise AI/Chatbot implementations.
Deep understanding IT Collections Debt Collections Tele calling CRM Application and IT Project life cycle.
Understanding on FSDs for API architectures, webhooks, and third-party SaaS platform integrations.
Experience managing vendor delivery and QA Fixes alignment using Agile/Jira frameworks.
Significant understanding & implementing the Business Technical Logic.
Strong proficiency handling Change Management with RFC to CAB to PROD Process
Governing the PRODUCTION Deployments – end to end till sanity of the application – considering the definition of done for the Prod Deployments (Non-business hours)
