Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across backend development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset, proficiency in system design, and the ability to build high-performance applications using Java-based technologies and AWS cloud services.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in each of the following technologies:

• Core Java
• Java 8/11/17
• Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture
• AWS Cloud Services
• Angular or React
• System Design
• Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service)
• Design Patterns
• SOLID Principles
• RESTful APIs & Web Services

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing enterprise applications.
• Build and implement Microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot.
• Develop secure and efficient REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services, including S3.
• Apply SOLID principles and industry-standard design patterns to create maintainable and extensible code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise-grade applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
