Direct Responsibilities

• Participate to all the Agile ceremonies of the squad (Dailys, Sprint plannings, backlog refinements, reviews, etc)

• Communicate ASAP on the blocking points

• Develop the need for the squad/product

• Delivery of solutions (predominantly code) to a high standard in line with requirements, measured by minimal defects

• Contribute actively to the process of continuous improvement and innovation

Contributing Responsibilities

• Accountable to deliver the amount of Jira tickets assigned to the developer during a sprint

• Taking an active approach to development of higher quality and increased maintainability of business solutions.

• Optimize existing code and improve its maintainability

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Be autonomous on their asset (Senior to Expert level) and motivated on the daily tasks.
Be an active member of the squad (often multi-technologies).
Be proactive by raising alerts when theyre flagged, try to understand the global context and suggest how to solve an issue (without focusing only on subparts). It will also help to understand better the rest of the team (who will not necessarily work on the same tool).
Have proper communication with the Business. (English language).

Specific Qualifications:
Business and/or technical skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages and front-end + backend development technologies (Java, Angular, REST APIs and others)
• Technical Expertise: 5 + years of software development (backend & frontend). Knowledge of Java 11+, Angular/AngularJS, and REST APIs.
• Strong DevSecOPS experience, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab)
• Oversee the production of quality software solutions in accordance with the best applicable practices (maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and in line with the business line’s needs), for the components and/or software segments assigned to them:

Secondary skills

• Good to have database knowledge in SQL Server, and Oracle
• Knowledge on Docusign or Alfresco will be appreciate
• Knowledge of ControlM will be appreciate
• Have some knowledge regarding monitoring tools (Centreon, Dynatrace, )

Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
