Java Full stack Developer

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer (Supervisory) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and large-scale data processing and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize high-performance platforms and UI/UX applications integrated with modern data lakes and cloud services .

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and perform hands-on development of key platform components.
• Build React JS-based UI/UX applications that integrate with APIs, chatbots, and conversational AI.
• Query and optimize access to data lakes stored in S3 and HDFS for reporting and analytics.
• Implement scalable, high-performance computing solutions and containerized deployments.
• Integrate with modern data platforms such as Snowflake for cloud-based data processing.
• Collaborate with product leads and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize data processing pipelines to improve efficiency and response time.
• Partner with Risk, Model Governance, and Compliance stakeholders as required for regulatory needs.
• Work within Agile practices to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, OOP, and design patterns.
• Hands-on full stack development with React and experience handling large data volumes.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and software design fundamentals.
• Proven track record building high-scale, performant platforms for data computation and processing.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with caching solutions such as Pinot and Redis.
• Proficiency with relational and/or document-oriented databases and Linux/Unix scripting.
• Ability to translate business and analytical requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Ability to guide junior staff and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Typically 8+ years building large-scale, production-grade systems with depth in Java backend and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS S3, HDFS, and Snowflake-based data processing.
• Background in financial services, Market Risk, or FinTech.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and tooling.
