Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-driven development and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to deliver high-quality, maintainable and scalable software.

The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, a focus on code quality, and experience with development environment setup, CI/CD pipelines and modern database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Apply AI-assisted development and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Establish and maintain high standards for clean code, code reviews, testing, maintainability and performance.
• Understand and support FID setup and configuration.
• Set up and maintain development and CI/CD pipelines using Jules.
• Configure and manage GKP instances.
• Set up, configure and integrate databases such as CockroachDB and MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application reliability, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.
• Follow engineering best practices and continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience .
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot and Microservices .
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) .
• Strong understanding of software quality, clean code, testing, code reviews and maintainable architecture.
• Knowledge of FID setup and configuration.
• Experience setting up development pipelines using Jules.
• Experience with GKP instances and configuration.
• Experience with CockroachDB and/or MongoDB .
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.
