Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, frontend technologies, databases, REST APIs, and full-stack application development.

The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly and guide learners through the development of complete, real-world web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Java Full Stack Development training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.
• Provide hands-on training using real-world application development scenarios.
• Cover key topics including:

• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and project evaluations.
• Prepare learners for Java Full Stack technical interviews.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Prior experience as a Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Trainer, or Technical Instructor.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8+.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
• Experience with React.js or Angular is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating frontend/backend applications.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Real-time full-stack project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with Kafka or messaging systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹381,757.12 - ₹1,638,592.78 per year
