As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Resource should have a hands-on knowledge on Java/J2EE technologies with good knowledge of Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, Database
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
User Experience (UX) Design, React.js
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. Knowledge about cloud technologies/Azure and DevOps tools/CICD
