Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Development Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership experience, be hands-on with modern Java and Angular technologies, mentor development teams, and drive end-to-end application delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and Angular.
• Architect scalable, secure, high-performing solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Drive Agile delivery including sprint planning, estimations, technical planning, and release management.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster technical excellence within the team.
• Drive application performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Own technical design decisions and participate in architecture and solution reviews.
• Coordinate technical deliveries across offshore/onshore teams.
• Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and delivery leadership.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 12+.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with API security, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication frameworks.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading development teams and coordinating offshore/onshore teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Good-to-Have Skills

• ReactJS exposure.
• AWS or Azure cloud experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• SonarQube and Nexus.
• Automated testing frameworks such as JUnit/Mockito.
• Insurance or BFSI domain experience.
