Java Full Stack Engineer

POSITION 1: JAVA FULL STACK ENGINEER

You will deliver and support both in-house and third-party systems, as well as craft solutions that ensure a smooth integration with other systems. You will be involved in the design, development and testing of new or enhanced components, conducting peer code reviews and documenting technical specifications and product details. In addition, you will focus on operational support and quick issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• 2 years of experience in software development with solid skills in engineering full stack solutions
• Experience in Core and Enterprise JAVA (1.8 preferred), RDBMS, Spring frameworks, SQL, JPA and Hibernate
• Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, OpenStack, etc.) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environment and platforms
• Knowledge of good database design and optimised queries, RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture and basic UNIX scripting
• Exposure to modern UI frameworks (React/Angular)
• Interest or experience in Python, or AI tools and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
• Testing frameworks such as Cucumber, Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium and JMeter
• Working in an Agile or SAFe Agile development environment.

POSITION 2: FULL STACK ENGINEER (Java & Python AI)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software design, development, and support for large-scale applications.
• Strong experience in Java and object-oriented programming.
• 5+ years of experience developing microservices.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with development tools such as IntelliJ/Eclipse, Postman, Git, and Cucumber.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, security, and configuration management.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or other streaming technologies.

Python & Backend Development (5+ years)

• Expert-level Python development.
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong knowledge of API design, REST services, OpenAPI/Swagger, and security standards (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Experience with performance optimization, testing, and code quality tools.

Frontend Development (3+ years)

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Knowledge of component-based development, state management, routing, forms, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest or Playwright.
• Familiarity with build tools such as npm, Yarn, Vite, or Webpack.

Generative AI / Agentic AI (1+ year)

• Understanding of LLM concepts, including prompts, embeddings, context windows, and tool calling.
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Knowledge of AI agents, workflow orchestration, memory, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Understanding of AI guardrails, security, prompt-injection prevention, and PII protection.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is preferred.

Data & Infrastructure (3-5 years)

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing LLM performance, costs, batch/stream processing, and messaging systems like Kafka.
