What they need
Role & responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with significant experience in technical leadership.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with React is mandatory.
Candidate should have used React in multiple projects, not merely have theoretical or basic exposure.
Candidate must currently be managing a team of Java developers.
Strong experience in technical leadership, code reviews, solution design, and architecture discussions.
Relevant experience in at least one of the following domains is mandatory:
Financial Services / Banking / BFSI
Healthcare / Life Sciences
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
