Java Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer to work throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this utility capacity, you will analyze, create, design, code, debug, test, and implement complex multi-tiered distributed applications using modern Java backends and web UI frameworks. You will drive application logic, optimize system architectures, recommend development standards, and deliver reliable software solutions in a flexible Agile environment.

What You’ll Own

• System Architecture & Engineering: Engineer complex, multi-tiered distributed software systems tailored to business and technical requirements.
• End-to-End Development: Design, implement, unit test, and document software solutions, performing clean code changes to enhance products, add features, and resolve defects.
• Technical Deliverables: Maintain application documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams while creating implementation plans across the development lifecycle.
• Standards & Innovation: Recommend enhancements to development, maintenance, and system standards while keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Java Backend Experience: 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in Java development, object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and Java EE platforms.
• Frontend Development: 5+ years of experience in web frontend development and building large-scale, responsive websites using HTML and CSS.
• React Ecosystem: Practical experience with React.js and community libraries (such as Redux and React-Router).
• Java Internals & Frameworks: Deep knowledge of Java/JEE internals (Class loading, Memory/Transaction/Thread management), Spring MVC, and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA2).
• API & Database Engineering: Extensive experience in REST API design/development, relational databases, and SQL queries.
• Testing & Version Control: Proven background in Agile workflows, Git-based version control, Test-Driven Development (TDD), frontend unit testing, and PowerMock/Mockito.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of web usability and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Ant build processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong drive to deliver results.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
