Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar.

The role involves end-to-end full-stack development, architecture design, technical leadership, performance optimization, cloud deployment, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop, and optimize Microservices-based systems.
• Lead end-to-end full-stack development, covering both backend and frontend.
• Develop modern web applications using Angular, React, or similar frontend technologies.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
• Perform architecture design, scalability improvements, and performance tuning.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Extensive experience in Microservices architecture
• Strong experience in REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Angular / React / Vue.js or equivalent frontend technology
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
• Experience with Git and automated deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP
• Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

Leadership Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Lead / Full Stack Lead / Senior Technical Lead.
• Ability to lead development teams and provide technical direction.
• Strong experience in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Ability to mentor and guide developers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
