JAVA FULL STACK TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Tech Lead with 14–15 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, modern frontend technologies, and AWS cloud services.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend Development: Java 17, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring IOC, Spring Security, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, JPA, Microservices Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Frontend Development: Angular and/or React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Messaging & Integration: Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, and Enterprise Integration.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis.
• Cloud & AWS Services: AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• DevOps & Deployment: CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Development Methodologies: Agile Scrum, DevOps, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Required Qualifications

• 14–15 years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in full-stack engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-grade backend services and frontend applications.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architectures.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and automated deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using Angular or React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Jenkins, GitHub, and related tools.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply Agile Scrum, DevOps, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
