Java Fullstack Developer

This role requires a candidate with a degree from a technical institute, university, or college and at least 5-8 years of experience in design and development in a full-stack environment. Successful candidates will possess strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a highly-developed customer focus, and technical expertise.

Key skills include experience with Content Managers (IBM, Hyland OnBase, Alfresco), server configuration on Linux machines, DevOps (Jenkins, GitLab pipeline), and Bash scripting. Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, JPA, Hibernate, and REST interfaces is essential.

The role involves working with a development toolchain (Maven, Git, VSCode, Sonar, VeraCode) and applying continuous integration methodologies (Jenkins, Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes). Proven experience in core Java, OOP concepts, Spring Boot, collections, multithreading, and microservices, along with strong hands-on skills in Angular 2+, is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java applications based on client requirements.
• Understand REST API design and development using Spring.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer effective solutions.
• Ensure the overall architecture and design of the application.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Requirements:

• Degree from a technical institute, university, or college.
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack design and development.
• Experience with IBM Content Manager, Hyland OnBase, Alfresco.
• Server configuration on Linux machines.
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitLab pipeline, and Bash.
• Familiarity with Spring, JPA, Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with REST interfaces and Swagger.
• Proven core Java and OOP concepts knowledge.
• Strong Angular 2+ experience.
• Experience in continuous integration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to Have:

• Additional language skills in French.

Other Details: This position will involve working during standard hours (09:00 - 18:00) with flexibility options. English proficiency at B2/C1 level is required. The role is based in Parque das Nações with a requirement to be present twice a week.
