Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Java-based microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Kafka-based data processing pipelines.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards by mentoring junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of React.JS frontend technologies for building user interfaces.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka messaging systems for real-time data processing.
