- Lead Java development projects using Kava, MSB, Kafka.
- Experience in Cloud technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of Openshift is an added advantage.
- Strong development and team leadership experience.
- Candidate should have strong logical reasoning skills.
- Work in domains: Cards, Payment, Investment, Finance, Banking.
- No client round; direct selection.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 9-15 years of Java development experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams/projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
