Role: Java Production Support Engineer L2/L3

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux, along with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
• Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and system performance.
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.
• Handle Sev1/Sev2 production incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
• Use Unix/Linux commands for application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in application health checks, deployments, and production releases.
• Maintain proper incident documentation and support knowledge articles.
