;We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java coding, Core Java, SQL, UNIX/Linux, and Shell Scripting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring application stability and availability.

;Mandatory Skills

• ;Strong hands-on experience in Java coding and Core Java

• ;Good knowledge of Java programming and debugging

• ;Strong SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries

;Key Responsibilities

• ;Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.

• ;Analyze and resolve production incidents and application issues.

• ;Debug Java code and perform necessary code-level fixes.

• ;Write and execute SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.

• ;Use UNIX/Linux commands for application monitoring and troubleshooting.

• ;Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and support activities.

• ;Analyze application logs and identify root causes.

• ;Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for issue resolution.

• ;Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.

• ;Ensure production applications meet availability and stability requirements.
