Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Selenium Automation Lead to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, framework development, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java Selenium automation developers.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and testing strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and automation best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation challenges.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test processes and automation efficiency.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement innovative testing solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to project planning and execution.

• Support CI/CD implementation and integration of automation suites.

Any Specific Skill or Hiring Criteria, If Applicable:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium Automation.

• Experience in designing and implementing Automation Frameworks.

• Good knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in leading or mentoring automation teams.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good to Have: API Testing, REST Services, Rest Assured.
