Location Hybrid in Prague office (circa 2 days onsite per week)

We are looking for Java Developers (from 3+ year experience) to join a team working on a modern electronic trading platform within a fast-paced financial technology environment.

The role focuses on designing and building high-performance, scalable systems, with an emphasis on low-latency processing, reliability, and clean architecture. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver and evolve core trading capabilities.

Technology environment includes

Java, multi-threading, messaging systems, low-latency architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-native tools.
