The ideal candidate has strong experience in Java development, RESTful APIs, database management, and collaborative software development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using JSON.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software development best practices.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain technical documentation and support application deployment when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Java Developer, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Java programming.

Experience developing applications using Spring Boot.

Experience designing, developing, and testing RESTful APIs (REST/JSON).

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus.

Experience using Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software design principles, and SDLC.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.

Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with frontend technologies such as React.js.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
