I’m partnering with a rapidly growing asset manager on a brand-new, greenfield initiative and looking for a top-tier Java engineer to help build it from the ground up.
⚡ Zero legacy. Maximum ownership. Serious performance engineering.
You’ll shape the architecture, build ultra-low-latency systems, and solve complex engineering challenges in a high-performance trading environment.
The essentials:
- 7+ years Java, with 5+ in trading or high-performance systems
- Strong distributed systems and streaming expertise (Aeron, Kafka, etc.)
- Passion for latency optimisation, performance tuning, and scalable architecture
💰 Up to £850/day Inside IR35
📍 London | 12-month rolling contract
