ProxyLink is hiring a Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise applications and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on software development expertise with technical leadership experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Java, and modern web technologies, including Node.js, Next.js, and React.

This role is suited to a technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while mentoring developers, guiding architecture decisions, and driving successful project delivery.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, five days per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.
• Lead by example through hands-on development and active participation in solution delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, security controls, and development best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
• Coordinate development activities and resolve technical challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.

2. Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, case management capabilities, and Power Platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable applications leveraging Azure, Microsoft Dataverse, and modern web technologies.
• Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.
• Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, deployment strategies, and implementation plans.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and software engineering best practices.

3. Application Development & Delivery

• Develop and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, custom connectors, plugins, and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Next.js, React, .NET/C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop REST APIs, web services, and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, solution architects, testers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Prepare technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Lead technical workstreams and coordinate activities across development, testing, and business teams.
• Support application deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and production operations.

4. Enterprise Integration & Cloud Services

• Design and implement complex integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Develop cloud-based solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Azure Storage, and Key Vault.
• Support integration solutions involving MuleSoft and other enterprise middleware technologies.
• Design secure and reliable data exchanges between applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.

5. DevOps, Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Establish automated deployment, testing, and release management practices.
• Manage source control, development environments, and deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, software engineering principles, and quality assurance practices.
• Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, and large-scale application deployments.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, AI agents, and large language models (LLMs) to improve development productivity, testing, and solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities for application modernization, workflow automation, and technical optimization.
• Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, emerging development frameworks, and enterprise architecture trends.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• Minimum of seven years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery.
• At least three years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead role.
• Minimum of two years of experience implementing CRM, customer service, case management, or business process solutions using Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and software delivery practices.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, security frameworks, business rules, and data integration.

Core Experience & Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience delivering CRM, customer service, registration, licensing, permitting, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end business workflows, including application intake, review and approval, issuance, amendments, renewals, inspections, compliance monitoring, and document generation.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience developing high-level and detailed technical solution designs.
• Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make sound architectural decisions.
• Experience mentoring developers and producing technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum seven years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js, and React .

• Experience designing and implementing permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or similar business process solutions.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modeling, security, and integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, code review, and developer mentoring experience.
