What they need

5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot, REST API development, and microservices.
Multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
Experience with relational databases (Oracle).
Experience building highly available, distributed backend systems.
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, or similar) and NDM file transfer.
Knowledge of API security patterns (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS).
