Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Build scalable and resilient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop event-driven and distributed systems using messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and frontend teams.
• Implement security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17+.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with API Gateway and Service Discovery tools.
• Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and secure coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
