Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Java L3 Support Engineer to manage and support critical production systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system stability, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Java-based applications
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams
• Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests
• Maintain documentation for known issues and solutions
• Participate in on-call support and incident resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE applications support
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
• Experience with production support (L2/L3) environments
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Kafka, messaging systems
• Exposure to ITIL processes

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in critical situations
