Java Tech Lead

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the technical focal point and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Design and evolve cloud-native microservices architectures .
• Ensure alignment between development and architecture from design to production.
• Conduct code reviews and promote clean code, automated testing and engineering best practices.
• Manage technical debt and ensure performance, resilience, security, observability and scalability.
• Contribute to high-availability, active-active and disaster-recovery strategies.
• Mentor engineers and maintain technical documentation.

You'll be a great match if you have;

• Strong Java expertise and solid Spring Boot experience; Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Proven experience with microservices, distributed systems and cloud-native architectures .
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with active-active, geo-distributed and highly available systems .
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data consistency patterns.
• Solid understanding of API/application security , OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
