Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting distributed systems, guiding development teams, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Microservices-based architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Define application architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop and review solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Drive cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and support technical skill development within the team.

Technical Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-12 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Java and Microservices architecture.
