We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead – Full Stack who can lead technical development, architecture, and delivery while actively contributing to backend and frontend development.

Job Summary

The Java Technical Lead – Full Stack will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and modern frontend technologies, along with the ability to guide a development team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle and should have strong problem-solving, architecture, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and provide technical direction.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Work hands-on with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and integrate frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and solution planning.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure proper implementation of security and data-protection practices.
• Guide the team in writing unit tests, integration tests, and maintainable code.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
• Manage technical delivery timelines and ensure high-quality releases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent technical experience may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-volume applications.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or AI-enabled applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in technical architecture and system design.
