Missions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the key interface between Paris and AMER teams to ensure alignment between global technology strategy and regional business needs.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications and services.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Drive application architecture decisions, performance optimization initiatives, and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-regional development activities and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and production support activities.
• Ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality, and maintainable software solutions.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

• Strong experience with Java development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
• Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Application support and production support knowledge.
• Experience working within global or cross-regional teams.
