Java Technical Lead

Location: Noida/Remote, India; Work mode: Hybrid; Employment type: Full Time; Experience: 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications

• Drive technical architecture and solution design

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices

• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues

• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams

• Participate in technical discussions, planning, and estimations

• Ensure project delivery, code quality, security, and performance

• Support team members with technical guidance and problem-solving

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

  Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development

• Strong expertise in Core Java

• Hands-on experience with Java 8+

• Strong experience with Spring Boot Spring Framework

• Excellent understanding of REST APIs Microservices

• Strong knowledge of Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts

• Good experience with SQL and relational databases

• Experience with Kafka / Redis is an advantage

• Understanding of Spring Security and authentication/authorization

• Strong experience with Git and Agile development

• Proven team handling and mentoring experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar is an added advantage
