Role Descriptions: A Java Technical Lead oversees software engineering teams| designs enterprise architecture| and maintains hands-on development for Java-based applications.Role Summary Core Focus: Bridges high-level system architecture with daily software execution| code quality| and team mentorship. Experience Required: Typically 5 to 10+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE and at least 13 years in a formal or informal leadership role. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science| Software Engineering| Information Technology| or a related field.Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Plan application architecture| design scalable microservices| and ensure adherence to enterprise standards. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide| coach| and mentor junior and senior developers| conduct code reviews| and manage technical workflows. Hands-On Development: Write clean| testable| and efficient code| troubleshoot production issues| and optimize application performance. Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers| QA teams| and stakeholders to estimate projects| plan sprints| and mitigate technical risks. DevOps & Cloud Integration: Oversee CI/CD pipelines| containerization (Docker| Kubernetes)| and cloud infrastructure (such as AWS).Required Skills & Tech Stack Programming Languages: Java (Core & Advanced Java| JVM internals| Multithreading)| Kotlin or C# (in some hybrid roles).
