Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and modern microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture, along with the ability to lead development teams, drive technical decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.

Lead the design and implementation of Microservices Architecture.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems.

Build secure, high-performance, and resilient applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Mentor and guide junior developers while driving technical excellence.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java (10+ years).

Hands-on experience with:

Spring Boot

Spring MVC

Spring Security

Spring Data JPA

Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases.

Good understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
