JAVA Technical Manager

We are looking for 8+ years experienced candidates for the position of Technical Manager to join our team in our Mohali office.

Requirements-

• Any bachelor’s/master’s degree is preferred**.**
• Candidate must have minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and management.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment pipelines).
• Strong experience in code review, solutioning, and system design.
• Knowledge of security compliance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Lead solutioning and technical design based on business requirements.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Manage end-to-end deliverables with a focus on timelines and quality.
• Drive release management, including planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams for smooth execution. Monitor application performance, reliability, and security.
• Implement best practices for code optimization, maintainability, and documentation. Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Handle production issues, incident management, and continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
