Java Technical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of AI-powered microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Docker on Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) for a leading banking institution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex AI models using generative AI techniques such as retrieval augmented generation.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the developed systems by implementing DevOps practices using Kubernetes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in software development using GCP tools like AWS Lambda functions.

Job Requirements :

• 11-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java with knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Experience working with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes on cloud platforms like GCP or Microsoft Azure.
