• Java vulnerability/remediation experience MUST

• Vulnerability Management – MUST

• Experience with AWS

• Experience handling vulnerabilities from multiple sources/tools:

• Wiz / Container Wiz

• IaC vulnerabilities

• SCA – Software Composition Analysis

• SAST / DAST

• SVA / DVA

• Container vulnerability remediation

• Dependency/CVE remediation

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) remediation

• Automation/scripting for vulnerability fixes

• Ability to triage, deduplicate and prioritize vulnerabilities

• Coordinate with Security, Infra and Application teams

• Experience with Tanium / OS patching is useful

• Experience using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.

Role Summary

Lead role to own the end-to-end remediation strategy across applicationlayer finding sources Wiz Container Wiz IaC SCA SVA DVA driving an automationfirst burndown across the AWS hosted Commercial portfolio This role coordinates with Infra at the app and OS levels where fixes intersect

Key Responsibilities

• Own cross source triage strategy dedupe overlapping findings eg a container CVE also caught by SCA prioritize by severity exploitability
• Sequence automation buildout by volume impact across sources
• Coordinate the Automation Engineer and Senior Software Engineer across code container and IaC remediation streams
• Liaise with the Infra team on Tanium driven OS patch cycles where they intersect with application dependencies
• Report burndown progress across all sources including the recurring container vulnerability report
• Required SkillsExperience
• 5 years in software engineering Descopes or security leadership AWS environment
• Experience coordinating remediation across multiple tool ecosystems container IaC SCA SASTDAST
• Strong stakeholder management across security infra and application teams
• Comfortable using AI assisted development tools eg GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude or similar to accelerate code fixes dependency upgrades and automation scripting
