Experience Required:

• Very strong proficiency in **Core Java** programming.
• Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs using **Spring Boot**.
• Proven experience with microservices and **event-driven** architecture.
• Strong experience with **relational databases** (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with cloud-native applications, **Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS**.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka or **MQ**.
• Deep knowledge of persistence frameworks such as **Hibernate** or OpenJPA.
• Proven experience as a **technical lead**.
• Experience with API gateway technologies and legacy system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and integrate with microservices architecture.
• Deploy and manage applications using containerization and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Develop and maintain event-driven systems using message queuing technologies such as Kafka or MQ.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle & PostgreSQL) and optimize database interactions.
• Utilize persistence frameworks such as Hibernate or OpenJPA for data access.
• Collaborate with frontend teams on UI frameworks like Angular.
• Make technical decisions, guide architecture, and provide leadership to the development team.
• Interface and integrate with legacy IT systems where required.
• Apply API gateway technologies for routing, security, and monitoring APIs.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Manage operations and production environments, proactively monitor system health, and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
