💼 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with Generative AI expertise to design and develop scalable enterprise applications integrated with GenAI capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , along with practical exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• Build and integrate Generative AI capabilities into Java-based applications.
• Develop applications leveraging LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) .
• Integrate GenAI/LLM services through APIs and SDKs.
• Design and develop secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices .
• Work on prompt engineering and optimization for enterprise GenAI use cases.
• Implement document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and semantic search solutions.
• Develop integrations with vector databases/search platforms where required.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot application and AI integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, data/AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

✅ Mandatory Skills

• 8–12 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java .
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture .
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs .
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based applications .
• Understanding of RAG architecture .
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering .
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases .
• Strong understanding of software design principles and enterprise application development.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases .
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

🌟 Good to Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or other enterprise GenAI/LLM platforms .
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or Spring AI .
• Exposure to vector stores/search platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices .
• Experience deploying Java/GenAI applications in a cloud environment.
