Work Arrangement: On-site – 5 days/week

Role Overview

Lead Application Management Services (AMS) and production-support activities for enterprise Java/J2EE applications within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. The role involves owning day-to-day application support, incident and problem resolution, defect fixes, application enhancements, releases, and continuous-improvement initiatives while maintaining application stability, availability, performance, security, and SLA adherence.

The role also requires providing technical leadership and coordinating with development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, release management, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AMS and production-support activities for enterprise Java/J2EE applications.
• Own incident, problem, and defect resolution activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support application enhancements and releases.
• Ensure application stability, availability, performance, security, and SLA adherence.
• Provide technical leadership to support and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, release management, and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous-improvement and support-automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues across enterprise application servers and cloud/hybrid environments.

Pay: $101,550.90 - $159,720.90 per year
