About the role
We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Application Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable business applications. The role is primarily focused on JavaScript/TypeScript application development, with strong experience in modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work across application development, REST APIs, integrations, cloud services, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
- Develop modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies
- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js or other JavaScript-based technologies
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party/business system integrations
- Translate business and technical requirements into reliable application solutions
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested application components
- Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes and enhancements
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar to support application deployment and integration
About you
- 5+ years of professional software/application development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js or equivalent JavaScript-based technologies
- Solid experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with Git and software development lifecycle practices
- Experience with CI/CD and application deployment
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, GCP, or another cloud platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
